When you do not know what to do, evolve!

Stop everything you're doing, be silent, pray, breathe and evolve.

But what is evolve?

Evolve is when you become better, more perfect to solve all situations and problems that arise.

And where do I start?

Start by improving your routine, organize your stuff, your time; also enhance your body through physical activity, your mind through constant reading practice.

And not least use the contemplation too that is pausing for breath watching the beauty of the world as it gets deep philosophical answers to the dilemmas of life ..

Anyway, when you do not know .. Evolve!
